Password not being accepted

Hi i am getting a message that my password has been changed on another device. I havent done any change. All I did was instal msecure on my second phone and tried to login with my email and password. What do I do?

The questions that I will be needing to ask you will involve your email address that you use. If you are ok with this, we can continue on this forum.
