login rejection of password on iPhone app

Hi Rene,

Thank you for contacting us. Are you currently signed in to an mSecure account in mSecure 5 on any other device? Are you able to sign in to your mSecure account in mSecure 5 on any other device? If already signed in to an account in mSecure 5 on another device, are you able to unlock the app using only your account password? If so, you should be able to sign in to that account in mSecure 5 on any other device. Simply make sure that you are using the exact same account email address and password. 


You can find what mSecure account email address you are using in mSecure 5 by going into the app settings or Preferences. If using mSecure 5 on Mac:


  1. Open and unlock mSecure 5
  2. Click command+comma
  3. Click User
