Thank you for contacting us, and I'm sorry for the issue you are experiencing. The first thing to do is check the Settings in mSecure to make sure Windows Hello is turned on. Open mSecure, click the gear icon in the bottom left corner, then click "Security." Is the "Use Windows Hello to secure your data" toggle turned on?

My fingerprint log-in quit working on mSecure v.5. It is still working on all my other apps. I know my password so that's not the issue. How do I restore the fingerprint log-in? Can't find anything on the app itself.
