Thank you for contacting us. I can help you get access to your account, but the only way it can be done is reset it first. Resetting the account destroys all of the data stored in mSecure, so you would be starting over from scratch. If you're ok with that, let me know and I'll send instructions.

Its been awhile since my last login to your application. I am not sure whether my account is still in good standing or not? I thought I would try to login and use your application but it seems my credentials are no longer valid . Can someone help me with this?
