Thank you for contacting us. You can only add Vaults if you have a Premium mSecure account. So far as I can tell, you have an Essentials account since you purchased an mSecure 5 Pro license some time ago.

Are you wanting to use the Cross-Account Sharing features in mSecure 6, or were you trying to do something else with the Vaults feature?
