password recognized on Mac, but not on iphone??

Up until a few hours ago, my password worked just fine on my new iphone but now it doesn't.  I logged onto the app on my Mac just fine with the same password.  Obviously I can't carry my Mac around with me.

I'm not sure what's happening here, but I'm 100% certain mSecure cannot change your password without you going through the password change process in the Settings or by resetting your account on our website. I can see on your account that you have not reset your account and you have not changed your password, so the only thing that could be happening here is that the password you are entering is incorrect.


When you open mSecure on your Mac, do you type in the password or do you use Touch ID?
