It depends on when the ticket is sent to us. If it's on a normal workday during the week, we typically answer your ticket within 24hrs. If the support volume is very heavy, then that time to first response can be longer. If you send us an email late on Friday, you won't get an answer until sometime on Monday, because we don't work on the weekends.
Really! You dont work on Thursday either.
