Thank you for contacting us, and my apologies for the long delay in my response. What timezone are you currently using on your computers? If you could try switching it to PST or PDT on your computers, this might fix the issue you are dealing with. Did this work for you?

I'm setting up a new Windows 11 computer with the mSecure desktop app. From the laptop that already has the app on it, I generated the "Encrypted Account Key", which was sent to my email. I coped it to clipboard and the app accepted the account key. It then tried to do two-factor verification with a code sent to my email. The code arrived in my email, but when I copy and paste it in or when I manually type it in, it says "Wrong code. Try again." I tried it several times, had it resent to my email a couple times more and tried the new codes and none of them worked
