Hi Carey,
Thank you for contacting us. In order for you to switch accounts on the same device, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the mSecure app to "Sign In" to a new account. If it is a Mac, you will need to reset the app in order to "Sign In" to the other account. Please follow these steps in order to reset mSecure on Mac:
If you are using Wi-Fi syncing, which I can see your current account is showing that it is, you will need to make sure you have access to your data on a different device before resetting or uninstalling the app on a device. If you used a cloud service like mSecure Cloud, you wouldn't need to worry about this.
Did these steps work for you?
Hi Mark,
Thank you for providing these steps. Looking through them, it seems unworkable to manage two accounts on the same device as I have been doing up to now. I imagined one could log out and just log back in to the other account, but it seems that's not the case. Am I understanding correctly?
You and I had an email exchange back in June where I understood what you told me to be implying otherwise. We have 2 pro accounts and one (my boss's) syncs via iCloud and the other (my personal) via wifi.
Can you please clarify?
Carey
I have 2 mSecure licenses. One is my own, the other was purchased on behalf of my boss to manage her logins. I enter new logins for her on my desktop computer and they show up on her phone. There's some overlap which I don't mind double-entering.
How can I log in and out of the two accounts on desktop in order to access both? It would be nice to be able to have them both open at once but at present I can't even work out how to log in to the other account.
I realize the Vault system was created for scenarios such as these but we don't wish to move to a subscription model which I understand is required for the Vault feature.
