Adding a user to my account

How do I add my husband to my account so we both have access to each other's passwords

Thank you for contacting us. Please install the mSecure app on his devices and "Sign In" to your account using the same credentials that work for your devices. Once done, please go to your Android device and follow the steps below:


  1. Open mSecure on your Android device, then tap the menu button in the top left corner (3 stacked lines)
  2. Tap "Settings" in the menu
  3. Tap "Sync Settings" in the Settings screen
  4. Change to "mSecure Cloud"

I have purchased the family plan and can see that it’s active on my Apple iPhone. I then added my wife’s email under add user but she hasn’t received any email and we are having trouble connecting her to my account under the family plan.
