Sharing with family members

msecure now ist running on Windows Desktop of my woman. But now I try to share some records with my woman. But it daes'nt work.

Please tell me, waht is to do!

Thank you for contacting us. I'm not sure what you mean here. When you say you are trying to share records, how are you doing that? Does the other person have their own mSecure account, or are you both signed in to the same account?

Hi, my Woman has an own account which is member of my Family account. Her trial version was automatically changed to premium version cause I add her email adress to my family members. Now I see her adress under User and Tresor but there is no Tresor. My question is: How to share a record to her account?
