Renewed yearly subsription Jan 28, received receipt, now showing expired. What can be done to correct this?
Have received an expired subscription even though I made a full payment on 12 – 2–25 with my credit card.

I renewed my subscription on December 16, and the app is still saying "Your subscription has expired."
