Upgrade my account from Premium to Family

 How do I go about upgrading my account from Premium to Family?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. Before going further, I want to check if you have an additional subscription through Microsoft since we would want to cancel this before upgrading your subscription through our website. To find this out, please follow the steps below on your PC:


  1. Open the "Microsoft Store" app on your PC
  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Click "Manage account and devices"
  4. In the page that opens, click "Subscriptions" in the left-hand column
  5. Review the list and look for "mSecure"

Do you see an active subscription here? Please let me know and I will assist further.
