Download previous mSecure versions from the app stores
Accidentally installing mSecure 6? Can y only find the new version to download? Learn how to download the older versions of mSecure instead.
mSecure 6 installs over the top of mSecure 5 and is a completely different app from mSecure 3 and 4 in the app stores. The older versions of mSecure are no longer sold in the app stores, so you can't download them the way you normally download apps. Also important, the older versions of mSecure, versions 3 and 4, are no longer supported, so we do not recommend using them to store your important information. If something were to go wrong after an OS update, and you become locked out of the app, there will be no updates to the old versions of mSecure to fix the problem. Though not recommended, you can install older versions of mSecure using the instructions below.
NOTE: mSecure 6 is the "natural" upgrade to mSecure 5. It is the same app bundle in the App Store. When downloaded, V6 installs over the top of the top of V5, so mSecure 5 is no longer available in any way. If you were hoping to install mSecure 5, that is not possible.
