Re-Send Authentication Email


mSecure will send you an authentication email when you first sign in to your mSecure account or create an mSecure account in mSecure 5. However, you can always access your mSecure account key/QR code or resend yourself the authentication email.


In order to be able to view your QR code or be able to resend yourself the authentication email, you’ll need to be able to be signed in to your mSecure account on a device already. The authentication email should arrive within a minute or so. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the authentication email in your email account. iOS

You can find your account QR code in the Account Settings of mSecure 5.

  1. Open and login to mSecure
  2. Tap the menu icon
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap Account Settings
  5. Tap “View Authentication QR Code”



 

Android

You can find your account QR code in the Account Settings of mSecure 5.

  1. Open and login to mSecure
  2. Tap the menu icon
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Tap “Get QR Code for Authentication”




 

Mac

You can find your account QR code in the Account Settings of mSecure 5.

  1. Open and login to mSecure
  2. Click mSecure from the top menu bar
  3. Click Preferences (command+comma)
  4. Click Account
  5. Click Reveal 




Windows

You can find your account QR code in the Account Settings of mSecure 5.

  1. Open and login to mSecure
  2. Click the settings icon (gear icon on the bottom left area)
  3. Click Account
  4. Click Reveal


 


 

Get Help


If you have lost access to your Authentication email, Account Key, QR code, or access to your mSecure account on a device, you will need to go through an account reset to reset your account. After you reset your account, you’ll be able to start over and create a new account key on the first device you use to sign in to your account.
